Whistleblower Policy
Quality Security Service (Grupo Proveedor de Guardias Privados) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, personal information, and rights of individuals who report concerns in good faith. This policy supports legal compliance, respect for human rights, ethical conduct, and the reporting of actions or situations that may pose a risk, violate applicable standards, or negatively affect others, either internally or externally.
This policy applies to all administrative and operational personnel, as well as clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Quality Security Service is committed to the following:
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the identity of individuals who submit reports.
- Encouraging good-faith reporting of irregularities, misconduct, actions that compromise integrity or human rights, or non-compliance with ISO 18788 — Management System for Private Security Operations, including situations resulting from professional negligence or inappropriate conduct toward any internal or external stakeholder. Reports may be submitted through our telephone line, on-site reporting box, email, or any other designated reporting channel.
- Protecting reporting individuals from retaliation, discrimination, or unjustified disciplinary action.
- Respecting the right to report concerns anonymously, including internal or external nonconformities, to the appropriate authorities while maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided.
- Informing clients of violations of applicable laws or human rights when such violations involve or directly affect them.
- Requiring all employees to promptly report any conduct that may violate the company’s Code of Ethics. Failure to report known misconduct may result in appropriate corrective or disciplinary action.
